*HALLOWEEN WREATH*

Aunque Halloween no es una tradición mediterránea está tan extendido en nuestro país que he dejado que se colara en mi blog. Hemos reciclado todo lo que teníamos por casa. En vez de una corona de porexpan hemos encontrado una de aluminio. Hemos utilizado como papel base " las páginas amarillas" que desde que hay Internet de poco nos sirven. Como herramientas imprescindibles necesitamos unas tijeras y una pistola de silicona y a trabajar!

Es muy fácil  y rápido siguendo las instrucciones que vemos debajo.

Primero tenemos que dibujar círculos en el papel terminados en forma de onda o puntiagudos dependiendo del efecto final que queramos darle. A continuación, utilizamos un lápiz para darle forma y  los clavamos con la pistola de silicona.
Una vez hecha la corona podemos ponerle encima lo que queramos. Hemos elegido pequeños murciélagos de cartulina negra que hemos dibujado y recortado. Para terminar buscamos un lazito bien mono y a colgarlo en la puerta de casa o en la de los vecinos...

Even though Halloween is not technically a Mediterranean tradition, it has been broadly adopted throughout Catalonia, so I've decided to feature it on my blog.  The fun part is making the outfits. It's time to get creative!

Using anything and everything we have hanging around, we get to work.  Instead of a porex wreath we've found a kind of aluminium one. For our paper base we are using the 'yellow pages' because really, they are pretty useless now that we have the Internet. With scissors and a silicone gun we can get to work.  

It is easy and quick following  the instructions below. 

First,  we need to draw circles on the papers. Depending on the final touch we are looking for, we can do it with round or narrow ends. When we have cut the paper circles we give them  shape with a pencil and glue the papers at the wreath. Once we have finished with the papers we have the structure and we can glue everything we want on top. For this one, we've chosen to draw and cut tiny little bats. To finish we put a cute ribbon or bow  and we can hang it at our door or our neighbour's door.  Finito, we're done.
